Founded and based in Birmingham, D.R. Sears Developments is a family-run building company with a reputation built on craftsmanship, reliability and trust. As the founder and owner of D.R. Sears Developments, I, Dale Sears bring more than 35 years of hands-on experience to every project. I am an apprenticeship served Advanced City & Guilds qualified joiner and carpenter and over the decades, I’ve honed a wide range of skills across all aspects of building and renovation. My approach is simple, deliver exceptional craftsmanship with honesty, precision and care. Every project, whether a small kitchen installation or a full home renovation or extension, is personally overseen to ensure it meets our exacting standards and exceeds client expectations.
